Don Carmelo Rosso Salento is the first wine produced by Cantine Al Bano and dedicated to his father Carmelo. This wine is made from grapes typical of Primitivo Negroamaro 15% and 85% of Cellino San Marco (Br). When the grapes have reached the right maturity, they are selected, harvested, ammostate softly and left to ferment at a controlled temperature in order to avoid compromising the right balance of flavor, color and aroma. Nostalgia Rosso Salento IGT. The grapes of the Al Bano Carrisi Cellars, Negroamaro variety, give life to this age-old wine of Puglia.
